Seriously Yummy Turkey Chili with a Kick

I've never posted a recipe before since I'm usually the type to follow other recipes and not create one on my own.  However, I threw this together super fast and it was delicious!  Most of the time I don't have beans in the pantry and my husband doesn't really like them anyway, so this is a no bean recipe.  However, feel free to add in your own if you want.  I hope you try this and enjoy it as much as I did.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey (I used Jennie-O Lean)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz can)
- 2 Tbs Sriracha
- 1.5 Tbs chili powder
- 1.5 tsp cumin
-  1/2 tsp salt
- olive oil or spray to coat the pan

Directions:
1.  Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil for 3-4 minutes (I used the olive oil spray).
2.  Add the ground turkey and cook until done (Even though I bought lean, I still had to drain off some juice while cooking).
3. Put the cooked turkey mixture into the crockpot.  Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.  Cook 3-4 hours on low.

This recipe was also really easy to adapt for a stove top version.  After cooking the turkey, I just put it all in a pot instead and cooked on low for about 30 minutes to seal in the flavors.

I really hope y'all enjoy this as much as my family did!
