Easy Butternut Squash Recipe
Ingredients:
- Pre-cut package of chopped butternut squash (I got mine from Walmart)
- olive oil to saute
- 1-2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- ground pepper to taste
- 1-2 Tbs DIY taco seasoning
Directions:
1. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Then add squash and seasonings.
2. Saute for about 5 minutes and then pour into a baking dish. Bake on 350 until squash is fork tender (about 30 minutes)
